How to Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged, or defective product).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads or opened software

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@albadove.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. We’ll send you instructions on how to return your item(s), including a return shipping address.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at support@albadove.com.
